End of life care

"End of life care" quite literally means providing care and support to the customer until the end of their life. This often means home care that is provided in the comfort and familiar surroundings of a service user’s own home. This usually takes pl;ace with support from a hospice service.

Dependable Home Care Services believe that everyone should be allowed the opportunity to die in their preferred place of care as well as having their voices heard in decisions about treatment and care. We  provide that support and work together with family members to ensure our support is person centred and appropriate.  To provide care, we often work in partnership with other professionals such as specialist palliative nurses, community nurses and GPs. Staff work closely with family, friends and carers to ensure we provide personal support always.

Dependable Home Care Service recognise that the nature of such care requires special skills and great understanding and sensitivity, not only to meet the needs of our customer but also for family and friends.  

We provide a service 7 day a week support service and are flexible as to meet the needs of our customer. We will assure a continuity of care to you throughout this time.
